A Return Authorization number is required for all instrument servicing. This number follows your instrument through its servicing. This means:

• You can always determine the status of your instrument.
• For Gold Warranty holders, LANDTEC will automatically notify you by email when the instrument arrives and leaves.
• You can be confident that every piece of equipment you send us will be returned, and every comment or instruction you give us will be seen by the service technicians.

When obtaining an RA number, you can also specify a shipping account to return the instrument on.

If you do not give specific shipping instructions, your instrument will be returned via Federal Express 2-day service.

To obtain an RA number, call LANDTEC at (909) 783-3636 or (800) 821-0496. Then ship your instrument to us with the RA number enclosed.
